"The event was the best! Josh and Ann poured their heart and soul into the show. Very genuine. Asheville needs to realize that a sold out event in town brings in resources to Their city. We parked on 5th floor of the joining parking garage it was snowing and extremely windy temp droping in single digits. My daughter and I headed back to our car and waited for show time, after shopping downtown and having some wonderful food. We were freezing so decided to head back. About 5:30, we saw others going toward the walkway so we decided it was time to go as well. Finally, a homeless man yelled you have to go out 4th floor, as the walkway was locked! The city needs to do better, keeping their employees up-to-date with correct information and having better lighting on the side streets. I didn't see any police or security. I was very frustrated. I will think 2x before going to Asheville Thomas wolf...travel, tickets, hotel, food. For one night event, I spent about 800.$ for 2. My daughter and I were early so we could see clearly where we parked and have the safest way back to our car. We crossed over a walkway by the public library to the box office, I directly asked the lady there would that walkway be open after the show in order to get back to the garage, she assured me yes, and it's very safe. There are probably 25 people all going to Josh Meloy show and no one knows how to get there."
